Q: How long are shipping times?

A: Our vendors and shipping companies are facing the same challenges as you and I: how to be efficient while trying to ensure worker safety, social distancing, and working while short staffed.  Rest assured they are doing their best to accommodate your order in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

We source our products from vendors around the globe.  Many of our products are Print-on-Demand products which are custom printed then assembled to order and may take up to three weeks to process before shipping.  Our vendors who carry inventory strive to ship within1-5 business days.  While most products will arrive within 1-3 weeks from the ship date, products shipped from vendors outside your home country may occasionally take up to 5 weeks to arrive. 

Once shipped, most products will generate a tracking number which will be emailed to you so you can track your products shipping progress.  Rest assured we also track your order's progress all the way to delivery.


Q: Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't work for me?

A: We want you to be happy so yes to returns!  You may return an item for a full refund of the purchase price.  Just contact us: Contact Page to set it up.

If you want an exchange an item, let us know, we will refund your money so you can reorder and we will send you a code for free shipping on your next order to show our appreciation for your loyalty.

We accept requests for returns, exchanges, or replacement within 30 days of delivery receipt.

Q: Does Rafikeaz.com provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you find defects in the product, contact us immediately, tell us what is wrong, send a photo, and we'll refund your money in full.  If you want an exchange, let us know, we will refund your money so you can reorder and we will send you a code for free shipping on your next order to show our appreciation for your loyalty.

Q: What happens if I receive the wrong item or it doesn't look like what was pictured?

A: If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what thought it would be or what you wanted -- then simply notify us, send us a photo of what your received, and we’ll give you a refund. If you want an exchange, let us know, we will refund your money so you can reorder and we will send you a code for free shipping on your next order to show our appreciation for your loyalty. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
